Internet Returns Policy

We realise sometimes that when purchasing items over the internet, there are any number of reasons why you may find it not exactly as you expected, or the item doesn't match your dress/outfit in the way you anticipated.

For this reason, for any item purchased on our website, we offer a full refund, provided the item is returned within seven days of receipt. Postage from you to Arcturus is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please be aware when ordering multiple items - say three or four identical tiaras for your bridesmaids - that the returns policy applies to single items only. If you anticipate the tiara may not be exactly what you want, it would be best for you to order a single item first to ensure you can take advantage of our returns policy. We are unable to take multiples of a single item back into stock.

This policy is over and above our legal obligations towards purchasers and your statutory rights are unaffected by our policy.
