Arcturus will always endeavour to complete orders within 14 days of purchase. If ordering from outside the UK, please take into account additional time for shipping and customs.

Refunds

If you decide that the item is not suitable for you, we are more than happy to accept returns.

Returns are accepted if:

• The item/s are returned in the condition that they were dispatched in.
  

• The purchaser contacts Arcturus within 7 days of receiving their goods and the items are sent within the next four days after that.

Of course, if the item is faulty or damaged in transit, we shall offer either a full refund or a replacement.

If an item is lost in the post, we shall make the necessary enquiries with the Post Office and send a replacement as soon as we can.

Once the item/s are returned in accordance to the above conditions, refunds will be processed within 7 days.
